Role Overview
The Practice Growth Manager is a strategic, client-facing sales role focused on driving growth across key accounts. This individual partners with sales teams, providers, and practices to increase product adoption, implement business growth strategies, and improve overall practice performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and growth across targeted accounts in the region
- Execute strategies to increase market share and product utilization
- Partner with providers and staff to optimize practice performance
- Deliver training, education, and in-office programs
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (aesthetics, pharma, device, or similar)
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota
- Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree required
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 - Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
