Role Overview
A rapidly growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a dedicated Sr. Territory Account Manager to cover their New Jersey territory. This role is pivotal in driving sales and establishing strong relationships with key opinion leaders within the territory to meet the needs of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual goals within territory
- Lead engagement across complex accounts including IDNs, health systems, infusion centers, outpatient departments, and specialty clinics
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (physicians, pharmacy leaders, infusion directors, administrators)
- Develop and execute territory business plans; analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Deep understanding of reimbursement, formulary processes, buy-and-bill, and site-of-care environments
- Proven success managing complex account with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, and clinical/scientific selling skills
- Proven ability to manage a territory, prioritize work, and drive results independently
