About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Client Services & Strategy with deep expertise in market access to join our collaborative and high-performing team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, "all hands on deck" environment and is passionate about delivering strategic, impactful solutions that drive access for innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Serve as the senior strategic partner for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term relationship growth.
- Market Access Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive market access strategies, including payer value propositions, AMCP dossiers, budget impact models, and other core deliverables.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a tight-knit, collaborative team culture that values transparency, creativity, and mutual support.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contribute to RFPs, and lead pitch presentations with a focus on market access.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving payer landscapes to inform client strategies and internal knowledge sharing.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in market access within a medical communications agency or related healthcare consultancy.
- Proven track record of leading client relationships and delivering strategic market access solutions.
- Deep understanding of US payer systems, HTA processes, and value demonstration tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, hands-on environment with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, etc.) preferred.
