About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and commercialization of innovative medical device solutions. This role is ideal for a product leader with a strong background in the medical device industry who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You will own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-market support, working closely with R&D, marketing, sales, regulatory, and clinical teams to deliver impactful solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for assigned product lines.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams to define product requirements and ensure timely development.
- Drive go-to-market planning, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
- Partner with sales and marketing to support product launches, training, and field adoption.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 4+ years of product management experience in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful medical device products.
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and product development processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution.
