Territory Manager
Our client is a global provider of advanced solutions for the life sciences and clinical research market, supporting customers across academic, research, industrial and healthcare environments. They are looking to appoint a Territory Manager to drive commercial growth and strengthen customer relationships within Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Manage all sales and commercial activities within the assigned territory, including direct and distributor-led sales
- Promote a broad portfolio of life science products and services to universities, research institutes, private and clinical laboratories
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and internal stakeholders
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer visits and local marketing initiatives to support business growth
- Support and motivate channel partners to maximise sales performance and resolve channel conflicts
- Gather and maintain accurate customer, market and competitive intelligence using CRM systems
- Track market trends and provide structured reporting on sales activities and opportunities
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the life sciences or laboratory sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills in English
- Solid business acumen with the ability to operate in a matrix or regional organisation
- Comfortable working with distributors and managing channel relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
