Sales & Marketing Manager

Our client is a medical device manufacturer that is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to be based in Singapore to help to grow their business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including untapped markets and potential international expansion, to drive sustainable growth.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients and partners, establishing competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management, providing actionable recommendations.
• Monitor the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives and continuously refine strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the medical device or contract manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.
