Opportunity Overview
A small but growing biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Territory Business Manager to support the promotion of multiple specialty therapies in hematology and oncology. This field-based role is responsible for driving new patient starts, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and executing strategic business plans across academic and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep product and disease state knowledge to effectively educate and engage HCPs.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives through territory-specific strategies.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal resources to support customer needs.
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in specialty, rare disease, or oncology/hematology sales.
- Proven success in account management with established relationships in the territory.
- Strong understanding of buy & bill models and long sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large territories and travel as needed.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic planning skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $190,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on experience and location)
