  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in strategic customer segments, particularly in sectors reliant on precision cutting tools.
  • Simplify processes and enhance governance to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Contribute to regional leadership efforts and drive standardisation.
  • Coach and mentor team members, promoting professional development.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Academic background in business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership in multicultural and matrix environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience in or understanding of the cutting tools or machining industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage complexity and drive change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional regional language is preferred.
