Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the food and beverage sector across Singapore and the region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their testing needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (laboratory, customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in food testing, food manufacturing, or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and testing requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
