The Opportunity:
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Sales Manager to play a critical role in expanding the adoption of our point-of-care diagnostic solutions across the UK.
This is a high-impact opportunity within a founder-led, high-growth environment, where you will take ownership of building revenue, navigating complex healthcare systems, and establishing key partnerships across the NHS and beyond. You will work closely with leadership, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to drive market penetration and shape the commercial trajectory of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive adoption of point-of-care diagnostic solutions across the UK.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within NHS trusts, community care settings, and private healthcare providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, procurement leads, commissioners, and senior healthcare stakeholders
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close
- Collaborate closely with clinical, regulatory, and product teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and compliance requirements
- Represent the organisation at key industry events, conferences, and within healthcare innovation networks
- Maintain robust pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting discipline.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in sales or business development within point-of-care diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare technology
- Strong, demonstrable experience working with and navigating the NHS, including procurement processes and stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of UK healthcare regulatory frameworks and policies affecting diagnostics adoption
- Clear experience of market access pathways, including reimbursement, commissioning, and route-to-market strategy
- Established network across NHS, clinical, and healthcare procurement stakeholders
- Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within highly regulated environments
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability
- Educational background in a scientific / clinical degree.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
