Sales Manager B2B (Healthcare)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager to join a leading organisation in the healthcare solutions space. In this role, you will take ownership of acquiring, managing, and growing key client accounts across your territory, including expanding relationships within affiliated organisations.

You will act as a trusted partner to clients, building long-term relationships while demonstrating a strong hunter mentality to win new business. The position is supported by a highly experienced internal team across sales, marketing, client services, and operations.

Regular travel is required for client meetings and industry events, primarily across Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new and existing B2B client relationships
  • Drive new business acquisition within pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors
  • Engage senior stakeholders, including brand and medical teams
  • Deliver strategic, value-led sales solutions
  • Represent the business at industry conferences and events

About You

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors
  • Proven track record of selling to senior stakeholders (brand, medical, or agency teams)
  • Strong understanding of digital media, advertising, and educational solutions in healthcare
  • Confident presenter with experience engaging senior decision-makers
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build long-term client partnerships
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluent in English and German
