Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Southeast

Location: Can reside anywhere in the SE (FL to TN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 8 sales professionals across the Southeast US region.
• Lead and manage a regional sales team.
• Develop and implement sales plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the urology field.
• Extensive experience with medical devices.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel within the Southeast US region as needed.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $175,000-225,000 *Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
