We're hiring a Program Manager to help drive fast, high-quality execution across product launches and marketing programs. This new role is with a growing neuromodulation company focusing on treating drug resisting epilepsy's.

What you'll do as a Program Manager

• Turn strategy into clear, actionable campaigns
• Lead launches for new products and market entries
• Plan and deliver engaging go‑to‑market campaigns
• Manage multiple projects end-to-end
• Work closely with the Content Manager to ensure smooth execution

What you bring as a Program Manager

• 1+ year experience, including product launch work
• Medtech experience is a bonus, not required
• Fast learner; highly organised; strong communicator
• Independent, proactive, and pragmatic
• German + English speaking and based in Germany
