We're hiring a Program Manager to help drive fast, high-quality execution across product launches and marketing programs. This new role is with a growing neuromodulation company focusing on treating drug resisting epilepsy's.
What you'll do as a Program Manager
- Turn strategy into clear, actionable campaigns
- Lead launches for new products and market entries
- Plan and deliver engaging go‑to‑market campaigns
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end
- Work closely with the Content Manager to ensure smooth execution
What you bring as a Program Manager
- 1+ year experience, including product launch work
- Medtech experience is a bonus, not required
- Fast learner; highly organised; strong communicator
- Independent, proactive, and pragmatic
- German + English speaking and based in Germany
