Modality Sales Specialist - MR & CT (Belgium & Luxembourg)
A global leader in medical technology is seeking a dynamic and driven Modality Sales Specialist to lead sales efforts for its Magnetic Resonance (MR) and Computed Tomography (CT) portfolio across Belgium and Luxembourg. This is a customer-facing role focused on driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and supporting clinical and commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance for MR and CT products, meeting or exceeding targets for orders, revenue, and market share.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers. Act as a trusted advisor on modality solutions.
- Clinical Support: Coordinate in-servicing, go-live support, and clinical demonstrations to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing & Events: Organize and execute clinical site visits, workshops, and promotional events to showcase innovations and build brand awareness.
- Tender Management: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and validate tender documentation, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, service, and product teams to align efforts and maximize commercial impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing within the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Clinical experience in MR is essential; commercial experience is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Belgium and Luxembourg.
