Regional Sales Manager
I'm partnered with a fast-growing healthcare technology company that's changing how heart failure is managed. Our non-invasive monitoring solution helps reduce hospital readmissions, personalize treatment, and improve patient outcomes. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead commercial growth in your territory, build strong relationships with clinical leaders, and be part of a mission-driven team focused on innovation in heart failure care.
What You'll Do:
- Own your territory by building lasting partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and key opinion leaders.
- Present and promote a breakthrough technology to clinical and administrative decision-makers.
- Drive sales through the full cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
- Be in the field with weekly travel for meetings, demos, and product education.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Report and track pipeline activity and territory performance using Salesforce.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of sales success in medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare.
- A strong network of cardiologists, hospital educators, and KOL's.
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
- Comfortable using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and skilled at closing deals.
