Responsibilities:
- Brand Leadership: Drive brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Marketing Execution: Implement targeted marketing plans for healthcare providers, institutions, and systems, including digital tools and device integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, R&D, etc.) to align on product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, and medical societies to support product awareness and adoption.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct and apply market research to identify trends, opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
- Content Development: Oversee creation of marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences.
- Performance Optimization: Track KPIs, gather field feedback, and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of Marketing experience within the pharma industry required
- Strategic Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in healthcare marketing, including digital and social strategies, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills, with experience guiding teams, managing vendors, and aligning with field sales to execute impactful campaigns.
- Industry Knowledge & Compliance: Deep understanding of therapeutic areas (especially diabetes), regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards, paired with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
