A specialized, integrative health and wellness practice focused on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of chronic health concerns is actively looking for its next Director of Life Science, Partnerships.
As the Life Sciences Partnerships Lead, you'll own the commercial relationship with pharmaceutical brand and commercial teams from first touch through signed contract, and then grow those accounts over time. You'll be the person in the room with brand leads and procurement, and navigating the complex, compliance-heavy questions that come with selling into pharma. This is a high-ownership seat for someone who wants to win, works well across a lot of stakeholders, and can carry a deal end to end.
Qualifications:
7-11 years selling into commercial pharmaceutical accounts, ideally with direct experience selling to pharma commercial/brand teams.
Strong oral communication. You can hold the room, run a discovery call, and present with clarity and confidence.
A natural relationship-builder. Highly personable, easy to work with, and able to earn trust across a wide and varied set of stakeholders.
Sharp product instincts. You think critically about the product and can navigate complex, ambiguous questions on the fly.
A real drive to win. You want it badly and you bring energy and urgency to every deal.
Low ego and team-first. You share credit, ask for help, and put the outcome ahead of the spotlight.
