Diagnostic Account Executive- N CA
Key Responsibilities:
Engage multiple stakeholders, including C-suite, to drive decisions and advance deals
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market share
Manage complex, long-term capital sales cycles with a strategic approach
Build strong customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to execute account strategies
Develop and execute territory plans based on customer insights
Proactively manage pipeline, forecasts, and potential gaps
Partner with enterprise account teams on large health systems
Lead renewals and ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in capital or complex solution sales
Proven track record of exceeding quota and growing territories
Experience selling into multi-stakeholder environments, including senior leadership
Strong strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel 50-75% within the territory
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
