Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve territory sales objectives across key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hematologists, oncologists, and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, nursing, and partner teams to support customer needs and business goals.
- Deliver compliant clinical and product discussions to support appropriate product utilization.
- Analyze territory performance and identify opportunities to drive growth and account engagement.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; scientific degree preferred.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or laboratory sales experience.
- Hematology and/or Oncology commercial experience preferred.
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience operating within a complex specialty sales environment.
