Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and achieve territory sales objectives across key accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hematologists, oncologists, and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, nursing, and partner teams to support customer needs and business goals.
  • Deliver compliant clinical and product discussions to support appropriate product utilization.
  • Analyze territory performance and identify opportunities to drive growth and account engagement.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; scientific degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or laboratory sales experience.
  • Hematology and/or Oncology commercial experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience operating within a complex specialty sales environment.
