💼 About the Role:

As a Home Care Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in expanding our reach and impact within the community. Reporting directly to the Divisional Director of Sales and VP of Operations, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a strategic territory business plan
• Building and nurturing referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and discharge planners
• Driving top-line revenue growth and contributing to bottom-line profitability
• Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct marketing and outreach to healthcare professionals and facilities
• Maintain and prioritize a robust pipeline of referral sources
• Prepare and implement annual and quarterly business plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on pricing, service delivery, and client satisfaction
• Provide market insights and feedback to support continuous improvement

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year of sales experience in healthcare or a related industry
• Strong understanding of discharge planning and case management needs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
