We're partnering with a best-in-class medical communications agency in NYC that's expanding its client services team. They're seeking a dynamic Account Supervisor to lead strategic execution across a range of healthcare marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day lead for assigned accounts, ensuring flawless execution of medical communications tactics
• Partner with internal teams (medical, creative, digital, and project management) to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and timelines
• Lead client meetings, status calls, and presentations with confidence and clarity
• Monitor project scope, risks, and resources to ensure alignment with client expectations
• Contribute to organic growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
• 5+ years of experience in medical communications, healthcare advertising, or medical education
• Proven success managing complex projects and client relationships
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
