Job Title: Account Supervisor - Pharmaceutical Clients (Promotional Medical Education)
Location: Remote (with flexible in-office presence 1 day/week in Manhattan)

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Account Supervisor to join our growing team focused on promotional medical education for pharmaceutical clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and is passionate about delivering high-impact educational initiatives that support brand objectives and HCP engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction across assigned accounts.
- Lead the development and execution of promotional medical education programs, including speaker programs, advisory boards, digital content, and peer-to-peer initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical strategy, creative, and project management to deliver high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and scopes of work, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Translate complex medical and regulatory information into actionable plans and communications.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., PhRMA, FDA, and client-specific MLR processes).
- Support new business development and organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in an agency setting, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical clients, ideally in promotional medical education or HCP engagement.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field.
