Key Responsibilities
Market Entry & Growth
- Develop and execute a UK-focused sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify priority sectors, target customers, and growth opportunities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to drive customer value
Performance & Insights
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
- Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years' experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience contributing to market entry or growth initiatives in the UK is highly desirable
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Market Knowledge
- Understanding of the UK business landscape
- Existing network within relevant sectors is advantageous
