Key Responsibilities

Market Entry & Growth

  • Develop and execute a UK-focused sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Identify priority sectors, target customers, and growth opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to drive customer value

Performance & Insights

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy
  • Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience contributing to market entry or growth initiatives in the UK is highly desirable

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Market Knowledge

  • Understanding of the UK business landscape
