The Role

The Senior Oncology Consultant will lead territory-level commercial efforts across a solid tumor portfolio, with a focus on areas such as low-grade glioma (LGG) and cholangiocarcinoma (CCA). This is a field-based role working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and market access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales performance and deliver against territory targets
  • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans
  • Develop relationships with key oncology stakeholders across academic and community settings
  • Deliver compliant, clinically sound messaging on disease state and product value
  • Partner cross-functionally to support customer needs and drive access
  • Manage territory budget and operate within compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with co-promotion partners and internal teams
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and field engagements

What They're Looking For

  • 5+ years of pharma/biotech/med device sales experience
  • Oncology / solid tumor experience preferred
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment (top performer)
  • Experience navigating complex health systems and stakeholder groups
  • Strong territory knowledge and existing KOL relationships preferred
  • Launch experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required (scientific background preferred)
