Role Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth within the UK and Ireland animal nutrition market. This role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with technical and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with feed manufacturers, premixers, and industry decision-makers.
- Drive new business development and manage the sales pipeline to achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring optimal solutions for animal health and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to enhance market visibility.

Requirements
- Degree in Animal Nutrition or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales.
- Strong understanding of specialty feed ingredients such as premixes, mineral mixes, or livestock additives.
- Proven track record in business development and account management.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.
