An internationally recognised medtech company is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to support its advanced ventilator systems across the Southern region of Germany. This role is ideal for a clinically experienced professional who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through education, training, and strategic clinical engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support & Education
- Provide expert support for the installed base of ventilator systems across the region
- Plan and deliver product and application training for clinical teams and partners
- Act as a clinical resource to support effective territory management and customer acquisition
- Implement a "train-the-trainer" model to scale product knowledge within hospitals
- Participate in trade fairs, seminars, and internal sales/service meetings
Customer Engagement & Territory Development
- Identify potential new customers and communicate the clinical benefits of the company's solutions
- Build strong relationships with key users and decision-makers in hospital settings
- Support strategic initiatives to expand market presence and clinical adoption
Candidate Profile
- Clinical background in intensive care medicine or nursing, with at least 5 years of experience in critical care
- Additional training in respiratory therapy or intensive care is desirable
- Prior experience in a clinical application role within the medical device industry is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 50%)
- Home-office based field service role
