Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy & Partnerships

  • Develop and execute overall business development strategy to drive patient referrals and business growth.
  • Lead and manage the Business Development team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with specialists, GPs, hospitals, and allied healthcare providers.
  • Expand referral network through structured outreach and partnership initiatives.
  • Identify new growth opportunities including partnerships with hospitals, insurers, and corporate clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing pool of specialists and partners.
  • Key representation at networking events, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings.

Marketing, Branding & Digital Strategy

  • Oversee marketing and branding initiatives to support business development objectives.
  • Collaborate with overseas marketing team to align digital campaigns with local growth priorities.
  • Guide digital marketing strategy including social media, SEO, and paid campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all outreach and marketing materials.
  • Review campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for marketing and branding initiatives.

Community Engagement & Market Development

  • Lead community outreach initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Drive engagement programs targeting referring doctors and healthcare partners.
  • Identify opportunities for educational events, seminars, and partnership activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine growth strategy.
  • Support service expansion and new business initiatives in Singapore.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience, preferably in healthcare and min 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore healthcare landscape preferred. Experience in oncology, specialty care, or private healthcare preferred.
  • Proven track record in building referral networks and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong stakeholder management with specialists, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing and brand positioning preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
