A global manufacturer of specialty additives for the polymer, plastics, and advanced materials industry is strengthening its commercial organisation. Your Tasks
- Manage and coordinate sales activities within a regionally structured EMEA Sales Team
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic accounts
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Technical Service, R&D, and Quality to deliver integrated solutions
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across key polymer and plastics segments
- Drive revenue and margin growth through strategic business development
- Conduct regular strategy and status meetings with key customer stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to support commercial strategy
- Promote the company's sustainability‑oriented product portfolio in alignment with customer and market expectations
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills within an international B2B environment
- Independent, structured, and analytical working style with strong problem‑solving skills
- Strong interest in sustainable materials, circularity, and environmentally responsible solutions
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work technically and commercially
