Location: Cambridge, MA - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing multinational biotechnology company to hire a Director, US Media Strategy. This leader will drive integrated media strategy across HCP and patient audiences, shaping omnichannel planning and maximizing brand impact through innovative, data‑driven execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated TV + digital media strategies for HCP and patient audiences.
  • Serve as the organization's media expert, guiding brand teams and influencing omnichannel planning.
  • Oversee media agencies across programmatic, social, search, SEO, and TV.
  • Optimize channel mix and investment using audience insights and ROI modeling.
  • Own media performance, KPIs, dashboards, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Translate data and analytics into actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Ensure all media activities comply with regulatory, legal, and privacy requirements.
  • Build strong internal partnerships and manage key external media relationships.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of healthcare media experience (agency or client side).
  • Deep knowledge of HCP + DTC media, digital platforms, TV, social, and SEO.
  • Strong fluency in media metrics and measurement vendors (IQVIA, Crossix).
  • Exceptional communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to convert analytics into strategic action.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
