Team Lead Visual Inspection - Switzerland
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and supporting team members in daily operations
- Prioritizing activities and coordinating resources to meet production timelines
- Supporting deviation investigations and improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and GMP requirements
- Identifying, assessing, and supporting the resolution of deviations
- Participating in audits, inspections, and site visits
- Performing Visual Inspection activities in the Drug Product area according to cGMP guidelines
- Providing technical and procedural support in close collaboration with manufacturing teams
- Conducting Visual Inspection training and supporting onboarding of new team members
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a production environment, ideally with shift-leading or coordination responsibilities
- Completed education or training in chemistry, biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology, biology, biochemical engineering, or a related discipline
- A structured and independent working style, combined with flexibility and resilience
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, collaboration, and solution-oriented thinking
- Practical knowledge of Visual Inspection processes
- Experience coordinating workflows and resources
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work in a two-shift model
