Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic and operational bridge between Hong Kong and Shanghai HQ (CEO, CMO, RA teams)
- Coordinate and support regulatory approval processes across markets
- Drive market entry and commercial execution in Hong Kong and SEA
- Support business development and partnerships for both aesthetics and pharmaceutical portfolios
- Lead the setup of local operations, including logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Finance
- Operate with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-growing environment
Key Requirements:
- 8-15 years of experience in a hands-on, operational or strategic role
- Exposure to Regulatory Affairs (highly preferred), Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Medical Aesthetics, or Sales & Marketing within life sciences
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and highly proactive
- Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-border teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Willingness to take on both strategic and executional tasks
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel frequently across Greater China and Southeast Asia
- Open to being based in Hong Kong (relocation support available)
