Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic and operational bridge between Hong Kong and Shanghai HQ (CEO, CMO, RA teams)
• Coordinate and support regulatory approval processes across markets
• Drive market entry and commercial execution in Hong Kong and SEA
• Support business development and partnerships for both aesthetics and pharmaceutical portfolios
• Lead the setup of local operations, including logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams including Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Finance
• Operate with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-growing environment

Key Requirements:

• 8-15 years of experience in a hands-on, operational or strategic role
• Exposure to Regulatory Affairs (highly preferred), Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Medical Aesthetics, or Sales & Marketing within life sciences
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and highly proactive
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-border teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Willingness to take on both strategic and executional tasks
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel frequently across Greater China and Southeast Asia
• Open to being based in Hong Kong (relocation support available)
