About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within the Medical Devices sector. This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values respect and cultural alignment, and can bring teams together to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for medical device initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with industry standards.
- Apply recognised Project Management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
- Foster a positive team culture, ensuring collaboration and mutual respect across all stakeholders.
- Drive accountability and maintain momentum, ensuring team members deliver on commitments.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

- Hands-on Project Management experience - proven track record of managing complex projects.

- PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Medical Devices industry or related regulated environments.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare/medical technology.
