Role: Manufacturing Technologist
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Location: Houston, TX (on-site)
EPM is partnered with a diagnostics company whose product is at the peak of its adoption curve, in a high demand market, and has direct impact on patient outcomes. The company began their commercial rollout in August 2025 and they're looking for someone to join their core manufacturing team to help scale production and improve process capability. This is one of those rare opportunities where career growth is balanced with the stability of the company
Responsibilities:
- Support the production of specialized laboratory consumables and components used across diagnostic workflows.
- Follow established procedures, batch records, and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform basic quality checks, including measurements, inspections, and verification steps.
- Assist with component preparation, assembly, and general manufacturing tasks within a controlled environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Hands‑on wet‑lab or laboratory operations experience.
- Familiarity with documentation practices such as batch records or traceability logs.
- Some experience preparing laboratory reagents or working with similar materials.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a regulated laboratory or manufacturing setting (e.g., ISO or GMP).
- 2+ years in a GMP manufacturing environment (ISO 13485 or 21 CFR 210/211 preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality documentation.
- Ability to follow established protocols and work effectively in a structured environment.
