Consultant Biostatistician
EPM Scientific are currently partnered with a small Consultancy which is urgently seeking a Contract Biostatistician to support an ongoing project. See a short summary below:
Contract Conditions:

- Contract Type: Freelance / Consultant - Partial FTE, 3 Month Contract

- Project: Oncology Meta-Analysis (Lung Cancer)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute statistical analysis for a meta-analysis within a Lung Cancer study.
- Perform advanced biostatistical analyses across multiple clinical datasets to support pooled data evaluation.
- Interpret and validate results to ensure high accuracy and scientific robustness.
- Collaborate with clinical and research teams to align statistical outputs with study objectives.
- Ensure all analyses meet regulatory and scientific standards, including potential HTA requirements.
- Provide clear and concise statistical reporting to support clinical and strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field.
- Extensive experience in biostatistical analysis within clinical research, ideally at a senior level.
- Strong Oncology experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience conducting or supporting meta-analyses.
- Experience working with or understanding Health Technology Assessment (HTA) processes is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in statistical outputs.
