What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales leadership (industry or market-specific experience not required but preferred)
- Strong track record of driving results, improving performance, and leading teams
- Key leadership traits: coachability, self-awareness, urgency, and competitiveness
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Structure
- Base salary: $140-$160K + performance-based bonus
