What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales leadership (industry or market-specific experience not required but preferred)
• Strong track record of driving results, improving performance, and leading teams
• Key leadership traits: coachability, self-awareness, urgency, and competitiveness
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Structure

• Base salary: $140-$160K + performance-based bonus
