  • Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless client experiences.

📊 Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide strategic insights to refine business approaches.

🗣️ Sales Presentations & Proposals

  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.

🌍 Conferences & Tradeshows

  • Identify and attend key industry events to boost brand visibility.

✅ What You Bring

🎓 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Life Sciences or Business (Advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years in sales/business development in biotech or biopharma.
  • Experience with CRO, CMO, or CDMO services is a strong plus.

  • Proven success in driving revenue through strategic sales.
  • Passion for sales and strong self-discipline.

🤝 Client Focus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong industry network preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute actionable plans.
