Sales Manager EMEA - Personal Care Chemicals
Permanent Position, Full-Time · Hamburg, Germany
Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical and commercial support to our customers.
- Manage sales activities and take responsibility for defined regional markets.
- Support, develop, and expand relationships with distributors and direct customers, including the acquisition of new clients.
- Plan, organize, and conduct customer visits, technical workshops, and attend trade fairs and industry events.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts and agreements.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system and prepare sales forecasts.
- Document all sales activities and outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams such as back office, marketing, and technical support.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30-50%.
Your Profile
- Completed studies in a scientific field or cosmetic science (Bachelor's/Master's/PhD), or experience as a formulator in the cosmetics industry, or a business degree combined with solid experience in technical sales of cosmetic raw materials and strong chemistry knowledge.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within a B2B setting.
- Excellent German and English skills; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.
