Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships across your territory. Through targeted sales activities within the temperature management portfolio, you will expand the existing customer base, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Success in this role will be achieved through the effective promotion and sale of capital equipment, accessories, and consumables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior clinical stakeholders, including physicians, senior nursing staff, and key departments such as neurology, cardiology, and intensive care
- Drive revenue growth across the full temperature management portfolio, including systems, disposables, and accessories
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly across adjacent product divisions, to maximise overall commercial opportunities
- Effectively manage and track sales activities and opportunities using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Represent the organisation at industry congresses and exhibitions, building networks and promoting solutions
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in the sale of medical capital equipment and consumables, particularly within hospital environments
- Experience managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Clinical background or demonstrable success in clinically focused sales environments
- Ability to operate effectively within a collaborative sales organisation
- Strong strategic selling capabilities, with a customer-centric approach to solution delivery
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM platforms
- Fluent German, with good English skills
