Territory Manager - East Germany

Role Overview
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across East Germany. This role combines hands-on sales execution with strategic account development, working closely with clinical stakeholders in cardiology settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by expanding business within existing accounts and opening new interventional centres
- Develop and execute territory strategies aligned with broader commercial objectives
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, including interventional cardiologists, nurses, and hospital decision-makers
- Manage tenders, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Utilise CRM tools to track activity, manage pipeline, and optimise performance
- Analyse territory performance and adjust strategy based on market dynamics
- Provide clinical and product support to healthcare professionals to ensure effective adoption
- Represent the company at congresses, events, and industry meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and commercial teams

Requirements
- ✅ MUST HAVE: Strong commercial experience specifically within coronary medical devices (PCI-related products essential)
- Proven track record of new business acquisition and account growth
- Deep understanding of interventional cardiology procedures and cath lab environment
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "hunter" approach to sales
- Experience using CRM tools and data to drive performance
- Fluent German required; English is an advantage
