Role Summary:
As a Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding access to a breakthrough therapy by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving patient demand. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values initiative, integrity, and impact.

What You'll Do:

• Champion a novel neuromodulation therapy across your region.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans with measurable goals.
• Engage with neurologists, psychiatrists, surgeons, and care teams to increase therapy adoption.
• Support clinical teams during procedures and patient identification.
• Deliver educational sessions and workshops to raise awareness.
• Collaborate with advocacy groups and local authorities to support reimbursement pathways.
• Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline, activities, and inventory.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in medical sales, ideally in neurology or neuromodulation.
• Strong commercial acumen and a consultative sales approach.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with a passion for improving patient outcomes.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
