Role: Develop long-term partnerships for pain therapy in Switzerland, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate strategy.
Strategy:
Build a network with addiction treatment clinics, harm reduction centers, medical facilities, and pharmacies.
Identify new stakeholders and establish lasting partnerships.
Implement strategies that align with company goals and healthcare needs.
Deliver approved promotional materials and organize events.
Conduct market analysis to develop strategies and measures.
Represent the company at national and regional congresses.
Develop industry analysis for managing activities, investments, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement regional development strategies.
Coordinate hospital listing measures for products.
Build partnerships with key public and private accounts.
Analyze sales results and commercial efficiency to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
Degree in natural sciences or equivalent
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, distribution channels, and healthcare system
Completed training in medical, pharmaceutical, or commercial fields
Experience in substitution therapy and clinical practice
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Patient-focused, entrepreneurial, and ambitious personality
Native German, good French, and English skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoys working with people
