About the Role
EPM Scientific is seeking a dedicated and driven Global Key Account Manager to join our client's team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a Fortune 100 company, serving as the key liaison for leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients in the Life Sciences sector. You will play a pivotal role in fostering executive-level relationships to drive revenue growth and deliver value across the drug development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for our client's pharmaceutical and biotech partners, nurturing long-term, strategic relationships.
- Expand existing key accounts by securing new business opportunities.
- Focus on high-impact sectors such as Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy supporting transformative advancements in healthcare.
Key Skills
- Life Sciences Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Life Sciences sector, including biotech innovations and developments.
- Strategic Account Management: Proven ability to manage and expand high-value accounts through executive-level collaboration.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Cell & Gene Therapy : A proficiency of these cutting-edge fields is essential to engage meaningfully with industry leaders.
- Client Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and loyalty within key accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Life Sciences (Master's or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in Sr. account management, sales, or business development within the CDMO, CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech / genomics industry
- Strong understanding of drug development, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the $ 25-50 M + range
