About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist in Physicochemical Analytical Methods to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and support of advanced analytical methods used in the characterization and quality control of biological drug products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure analytical excellence and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize physicochemical analytical methods using chromatography, mass spectrometry, and/or capillary electrophoresis.
  • Collaborate with R&D, QC, and regulatory teams to define and implement analytical strategies.
  • Troubleshoot analytical challenges and ensure the robustness and reliability of methods.
  • Document and interpret analytical results in compliance with ICH, FDA, and EMA guidelines.
  • Support the transfer, qualification, and validation of analytical methods.
  • Stay up to date with innovations and emerging trends in analytical technologies relevant to drug development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Solid understanding of biological drug production processes and their analytical requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.
  • Proficiency in operating instruments from Waters, Thermo Fisher Scientific, or SCIEX.
  • Experience with analytical software such as Chromeleon, XCalibur, BioPharmaFinder, or Karat32.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate in teams, and solve complex problems.
  • Comfortable navigating scientific literature and regulatory documentation.
