Senior Director, Market Access Consulting

EPM are partnered with a market leader in the Market Access Consulting space looking to hire a Senior Director who will focus on leading client delivery and supporting commercial growth within the Market Access space.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded, client-facing expert with strong experience in market access, reimbursement, and commercialization strategy. You will work closely with Vice President and leadership teams to partner with leading biopharma organizations, solving complex challenges across pricing, access strategy, and commercialization-helping bring innovative therapies to patients faster.

As a senior leader, you will:
* Lead delivery of high-value consulting engagements across the payer-provider-patient continuum
* Support business growth through account expansion and proposal development
* Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across the life sciences industry
* Mentor and develop consulting talent within a high-performing team

This role is ideal for individuals with:
* 8-10 years of experience in market access consulting or commercialization strategy
* Strong expertise in reimbursement, patient support services, and access dynamics
* A demonstrated ability to deliver complex client engagements and contribute to business development
