About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and customer-focused Sales Representatives (f/m/d) to join our expanding team in North Rhine-Westphalia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative medical devices, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the growth of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic territory plans.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clinical staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales performance.

Your Profile

  • Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business-related field.
  • Proven experience in medical device sales or healthcare-related commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and hospital procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel across Nordrhein-Westfalen.
