Senior Commercial Manager - Technical Materials/Geosynthetics

EPM Scientific have partnered exclusively with an established international manufacturer in the engineered materials and polymer solutions space who are looking to add a commercially driven profile to their European team.

The organisation has built a strong global reputation through the development of high-performance plastic nets, geosynthetics and advanced material solutions, supporting applications across construction, infrastructure, agriculture and industrial markets.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working at the intersection of technical products and commercial strategy, with a high level of ownership and independence.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of a defined country/territory, driving revenue growth and commercial strategy.
  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, contractors and key industrial accounts.
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure and industrial applications.
  • Position technically advanced material solutions within project-driven sales environments.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support long-term growth strategy.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Experience: Proven track record in technical sales, key account management or business development.
  • Industry Background: Experience within technical materials, construction products, industrial products or similar.
  • Exposure to geosynthetics, plastic netting, engineered polymers or related materials is highly advantageous.
  • Strong experience working with distributors, contractors or project-based sales environments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Full driving licence as travel to clients is expected.
