A leading healthcare group is looking to hire a Sales Manager to support the expansion of its Dermocosmetics division.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and accelerate sales growth across dermocosmetics channels, with a strong focus on e-commerce and digital marketplaces
- Develop and manage key partnerships, including Amazon and other online platforms
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities across international markets
- Contribute to and execute go-to-market and channel strategies alongside marketing teams
- Track market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscape within dermocosmetics and broader FMCG
- Support the expansion of the division into new markets and channels
- Take ownership of commercial performance and deliver on growth objectives
Profile Requirements
Experience
- 5-10 years of sales experience, ideally within FMCG
- Strong exposure to e-commerce (Amazon experience highly preferred)
- Experience working across multiple markets or international environments
- Background in consumer-driven categories such as baby care, personal care, or similar
